Evening Meals are normally prepared by head chef and local cook Gillian Coyle.
She has been making meals and catering for various functions here at Crocnaraw over the past 20years and is also available to cook for Private Houses in and around the Clifden area
At Crocnaraw her meals have never failed to impress and she her self is now in great demand especially during the Summer months when she provides "at home " catering to some of the larger and smaller groups of holiday makers who rent houses in Connemara (County Galway)
She will organize your cooking arrangements for periods of a few days and up to a month or so
